This is a replacement satellite for the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System. The constellation will provide India with an alternative to GPS and will be used for military and civilian use. Located at a geosynchronous orbit, the system will be operated by the Indian government.

OUTCOME + OUR CALL

Official outcome: Not flown yet / not resolved

Our final pre-flight call was UNCLEAR at 25% confidence, T-17d 4h. It will be scored once the official outcome is in.

Scoring rule: a launch that reached flight means the countdown proceeded, so a GO or HOLDING call is right and a SCRUB call is a false alarm. Only the last call made before T-0 counts.

Final pre-flight read · 2026-10-13 19:51 UTC · T-17d 4h · UNCLEAR 25%

No credible signals; window remains TBD amid sparse chatter

Three low-engagement posts mix a recent TBC countdown reference with outdated mid-Oct targeting claims that predate the current NET. Absence of pad photographers or insider accounts leaves stance tally at zero across GO/HOLDING/SCRUB. Organic coordination and tiny sample prevent any firm call.
